The Alentus SupportCenter is where you are able to submit tickets to Technical Support, Sales and Billing departments, as well as find answers to most common website, email, database, scripting, and programming questions in our knowledgebase.
To submit a ticket, navigate to https://support.alentus.com and click on Tickets and the select the department you wish to speak with.
During business hours you can also use our online LiveSupport chat system, to speak with any Technical Support or Sales Representative.

For reporting problems via email, please direct your messages to our support email address supplied in your Welcome Kit. For some issues we will require confirmation of identity before acting on issues raised via email. For this reason, it is best to login to the Alentus SupportCenter rather than email when requesting private information or making changes to your hosting plan.
