Technical Support Representative
Alentus is seeking a highly motivated individual for our Edmonton, Alberta Network Operations Center with excellent customer service skills to be responsible for providing support to end users, installing applications, and troubleshooting technical problems. The position requires exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- ASP, PHP, and .NET, MS SharePoint, MS SQL Server, and MySQL development skills
- Experience with Windows Server 2000/2003
- Unix/Linux administration is a knowledge asset
- Able to work nights/days and weekends
