Does AlentusMail support spam filtering?

Yes. To enable spam filtering within AlentusMail, click the Options link at the top of the page and choose the SPAM Filters link. Click the Edit link at the top of the page and choose which list you want to use and which folder the spam should be delivered to.



Can I setup webmail.mydomain.com and have all my clients use this URL?

When we setup AlentusMail for you this automatically creates webmail.mydomain.com. This is usable to everyone in your domain who has a POP account with us.



With AlentusMail, how do I or my clients setup POP3 mailboxes?

To setup POP accounts you will need to login at http://webmail.alentus.com/admin/ with a user name of postmaster, your domain name, and your postmaster password.



Does AlentusMail support unlimited mailboxes?

AlentusMail does support unlimited mailboxes, but your account with Alentus does not. You can access all your Alentus mailboxes with AlentusMail.



What's the maximum size of file attachments with AlentusMail?

Currently our SMTP server will not allow attachments larger than 6 MB.



Can I use the AlentusMail interface with my own Exchange Server?

No, AlentusMail will not interface with Exchange Server.



Can I change or modify the AlentusMail interface?

That depends on what you want to do. AlentusMail has over 30 themes for you to choose from.



Can I run AlentusMail on my own website?

No, but you can link to your AlentusMail from your site.



Does my Reseller discount apply to AlentusMail?

Yes.



How do I change the time zone my messages appear in?

1. In your AlentusMail click the Options link at the top of the page
2. Click the Personal Information link
3. Below the signature box there is the Timezone Options area, this is where you change the time    zone for your mail to be displayed in.
4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.



Does AlentusMail support my local language?

Hopefully. AlentusMail supports over 25 languages for it's interface. You can change the language interface by clicking on the Options link at the top of the page and then clicking on Display Preferences. Near the top of the page you will have a Language drop down menu. After you have selected your preferred language, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save your setting.



How do I view my messages in HTML format?

1. In your AlentusMail click the Options link at the top of the page
2. Click the Display Preferences link
3. Find the setting "Show HTML Version by Default" and click the dot to the left of Yes
4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.



I cannot see any text in this HTML email I received but I can see the pictures. Why?

Most likely the text color is the same as your background color. To view this message you will have to choose a different theme from the Display Preferences so you can see the text.



How do I spell check a message?

While you are composing a message you will have a Check Spelling button at the top of the message box.



How do I change my reply-to address?

1. In your AlentusMail click the Options link at the top of the page
2. Click the Personal Information link
3. The third box from the top of the page is where you can change your reply-to address.
4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
